Seriously, does Bohn's inaction regarding a coaching change demonstrates a committment to excellence!?

Is there anyone worth his salt that would want to work for a program that settles for this? Until today, I supported Bohn and a couple assistant coaches.

Now, I think they all need to go too and soon!! If the university wants to return to football dominance the AD needs to BUFF UP and show a future coach CU wants to win!!!!!

Hmmm, would a coach work for a guy who doesn't backstab his coach? Is this a serious question?

    Couldn't agree more.

I really think bohn wants to get fired, there is no way a person could make this many mistakes on purpose, could they? He has taken all the heat off of dan and placed it directly on his shoulders. FIRE EVERYONE for this train wreck!

So, you think that it is backstabbing to fire a coach for this level of poor performance? I guess you think therefore he should be allowed to finish his contract at the end of 2012? Is your first name Misti?

Bohn is backstabbing the university that cuts his check and is backstabbing the players that deserve better.

Any real competitor wants to be held accountable... wants to know he is employed by an organization that gives a damn and wants to succeed. This organization is not demonstrating a desire to win. Who would want to work for that?

Refer to my signature, can't say it better than that.

yes z, this is a serious question.

Everyone in the nation knows we need a coach and we're just waiting for Bohn to SAY IT. I think there are two types of coaches who would consider this job.
which would you want?: the one who would accept the challenge, recognize and be motivated by the support of the AD to come in a turn this program around! or....
the one who says "hey, no matter how bad I suck as a head coach, I'll keep my job!"

Guys, I can't say it enough. Bohn is not back stabbing the University. Benson and DiStephano backstabbed Bohn last fall. Bohn was going to fire Hawk last year and had his legs cut out from under him by those two. The fact that he has not fired him this season already is because of those two and whatever aggrement they made with Hawk. Bohn has absolutely given no votes of confidence and is not standing behind hawk in any way. The second he is given the green light to fire Dan publicly, he will. I have been pretty much told that the attitude degredation everyone sees from Hawk is due to Hawk being told by Bohn that there is not way in hell he will be able to save his job. And most of Bohn's agument to get rid of his during the season has been lost with Tyler going down and Cu basically only having Frody to play.

Now if Hawk is given another year at the end of this year, I think Bohn may go to KU. At that point he would probably rather deal with Texas than Benson and DiStephano. However, it sounds like even they are on board with Hawk being let go after the season, they just don't want to go back on thier work to Dan that he has another full season (what they promised him last season).
