The University of Colorado cross country program is starting off the 2011 season on a familiar note as both the men's and women's teams are ranked in the top 10 of the USTFCCCA Top 30 Preseason Poll.

The Pac-12 is absolutely amazing. The fact that CU is 7th in the nation for mens and is only 3rd in our conference tells you how stacked things are.

Both squads have a good shot at a national championship this year, especially the women. To your point, it wouldn't be shocking to win a national championship but fail to win a conference championship.

Do we have anyone who's a possibility to win the individual national championship as well?

We return a bunch of All-Americans, so there's a chance. Plus, you never know what you might get with Emma Coburn.
