SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.—University of Colorado women’s golfer Allie Zech became the second CU player in less than a week to qualify for the United States Women’s Amateur Championship with a 2-under par 69 here at the Troon North Golf Club Monday.

Zech tied for second with her 2-under par performance that included 14 pars, one bogey and three birdies. She hit 14 fairways and 15 greens in her round.
