Meltdown-Stanford Style

Biggest dichotomy of the game was UO scoring on a beautifully designed play on a 4th and 7 (absolutely the correct call to go for it there)
We just match up poorly
Contrast two TDs off fourth downs v a missed 48 yard field goal the one time we had a decision to make
Very good opponent. They just were
On reflection playing in the untested magic cleatless shoes was probably a mistake
Congrats to the Ducks...
Picking Stanford to win this game was definitely much more risky
Championship hopes are done, but it’s still a great season
I enjoyed that PAT
You can’t turn the ball over in a game of this magnitude, when you are not as physically gifted as the other team
I still feel bad...And frustrated. But still Oregon was the better team
Chip Kelly really has done a great job creating a system and team that dominates the Pac-12 and is able to continually challenge for the national title
Defense was the strength this year….Offense has not been that good
I’d beg to differ but I really don’t have the mental wherewithal to argue the point right now
I don’t know if that makes it more or less painful, but you have to give it to Oregon. Just too much speed, and an excellent coaching job by Chip Kelly and his staff
Chip Kelly is the best coach in the country
And the only thing even coming close to resembling profanity....
They kicked our injury-depleted and mistake-prone butts

Hahahahahahaahahahahah!!!! Is that for real? God bless those guys.

Despite the loss, it sounds as though they thoroughly enjoyed the strenuous football contest.

You hardly ever read football posts where "huzzah!" and "tally ho" are implied.

Do you remember that Stanford girl you used to creep on that punched me in the nuts the night I got 86'ed from Hennesy's? She actually yelled "tally ho!" just as her fist impacted my crotch.

I only remember the guy in the wheelchair that I made drive me around on his lap. Could you expand on the chicka?

Yep, I do. Took me a second. I thought you were referring to someone we met there. That chick had an amazing body.

And a pretty solid right cross.

Edit: Oh, and the wheelchair ride was a pretty solid move. Props there. You don't find a lot of 240 pound men in this world with sufficient confidence to plop down in some paraplegic's lap and ask for a ride.

Did the handicap dude try and stick his dick in your butt? I hear they tend to do that. Then you must angry dolphin away.

OK, first of all, I had no idea that there were enough Stanford "fans" to actually populate a message board so that these kinds of things would get posted. Second - that is awesome. I love the Pac 12 more and more every day.

I enjoy how this tread started as an appreciation of how classy Stanford fans are, and has nod devolved into the usual Allbuffs fare. Nice work, ****faces.

You and pabuff should join forces and start a new chat site. I'd join.

Stanford won't ever melt down. They have more important things to worry about, like curing cancer.

Cant believe that this group of fans is where the asshole came from that threw beer at the band as we marched out of the stadium...

Yeah, I'm sorry...that was me...I was drunk and got a little confused. One of the Stanford fans tried to stop me. Again, apologies, I meant to tell you this a while ago.

You were there dressed in cardinal and white? and justified the beer tossing by making sure we knew it was homebrew?

Stanford fans wouldn't be caught dead drinking beer, or even having a beer in their possession for that matter. I suspect that this person you describe found out he had a beer and did whatever he could to get it out of his hands as fast as possible. The band just was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Now, if somebody had thrown a 2003 Merlot at you, that would make more sense.

Yes, that's true, Bama Charlie constantly trolls the nation's college football websites seeking to show other opposing fans not of his fandom how classy the other fans are. Shut up, dumbass. Apologies to BC, I know how he enjoys a classy response.

Also, use of the word "****face" does not contribute to the classiness of this thread, ****face.
