Should CSU hire Gary Barnett to replace Fairchild?

1. Choosing the first option means I think Gary Barnett would be a good hire and I want the Rams to hire him. Choosing the second option means I once thought Gary Barnett was a good coach, but "the game has passed him by" and I do not want the Rams to hire him. You need to switch the text after "Yes" and "No" in the poll.

It was time for Barnett to go when he got fired from CU, however he is a good coach. Not many coaches can say they have won conference titles in multiple BCS conferences. Barnett got a raw deal, but did a lot of good for CU.
That said, I would not want him to go to csu, it would be hard to root against him. I like the guy, I was in boy scouts with his son Clay.

**** it, who cares? They will still be CSEwe if they hire him or not. It willl not make a difference in the long term and really not have an impact on CU.

I thought they were hiring God himself to coach them to endless undefeated seasons and national championships in their new on campus stadium that makes Jerry's World look like a Junior High stadium in North Dakota.

Ask Boulder Buff and others how their fanbase trashed him day after day.
They are now talking about how Barnett won 4 north division titles and saying what a good resume he has. WHAT??????? They laughed at those titles saying how bad the north was during those years and argued that cu backed in to some of those.

Vic on Channel 4 said last night that "Barnett expressed interest in the CSU job, but CSU politely declined ..."
I hope Barney gets a job somewhere if he really wants one, but I'm glad he won't be "Defending the Fort"!!
