Go Bears!

I don't always root for Pac teams (cough, UO, cough...)...

That said, keep the Pac winning streak in the Holiday Bowl alive and put away the Tejans.....

 (I hope liverflukes has a very, very good night come Wednesday)

Texas has hardly been impressive this year, but I think the whorns win this one...perhaps by double digits.

I think Texas will win this very easily. they killed UCLA while Cal lost to them I believe. All you need to know.

I expect Texas to pound the rock

Go Cal!

Thanks man! There is a distinct possibility that we get the living sh*t kicked out of us on national t.v. especially if we play like we did against fUCLA and SC this season. Either way, the drinking starts in a few hours and it should be a fun Wednesday for the majority of the day at least...(Nice bear sculpture btw BP)

just have to run faster than the other guy

I think Cal will show up ready for blood. Tedford is still steaming over Mack's lobbying that kept Cal out of the Rose Bowl several years ago. So often, bowl games come down to who wants it more. I believe that's Cal in this one.

Tejas was just clown-stomped by Baylor, unsure if they'll be ready for this game or not.

I would not put any stock in fUCLA comparison scores from this season. They were total Jeckyl and Hyde....

I think Cal wins. Not impressed by Tejas at all this year.

I'm really rooting for Cal. I think Texas is a lot healthier than they were against Baylor, though.

I hate both these teams. I have no idea who I'll root for. Probably Texas just 'cause while I hate both fan-bases, I actually think Cal's is just slightly more annoying.

I can't believe anyone tried to.

UCLA was steamrolled by Utah.
UCLA took CU behind the woodshed.
Therefore, Utah was going to crush CU when they played.

How'd that work out?

It's all about matchups, location and timing. Common opponents is a worthless measure.

I can't believe i'm about to root for Cal over Texas. Normally i wwould just be rooting against the whorns.

Want Pac-12 bowl dominance as an FU to the rest of nation. You know, until we can actually get there and take care of business ourselves.

Texas needs healthy backs to run the ball and if they can do that effectively they'll control the game. Harsin calling too many passing plays will be their downfall.

Cal looks great on d in the first series, but if they make dumb mistakes and give up fourth down conversions they're gonna give up a winnable game

Greg Brown defense gave up 33 points to this Cal offense.

Thought we gave up 36 to them. In any event, they did average about 30 points a game for the season, so we had some company. Not looking sexy tonight though.
