Saturday, 6:00 PM, Root: Sierra vs Lewis-Palmer. Gordon vs. Scott. I'd say, for Buff BBall fans, this is almost a "must see" game.

Oh, and check out Kinsler's blurb about Xavier Johnson. Prep BBall expert Frank Burlison said his game against No. 2 Long Beach Poly (19 points, 20 rebounds) was one of the best performances he has ever seen.

I can hardly wait for next year!

Okay, I know nothing about next year's recruiting class other than it's good. Is there a chance Xavier is one-and-done?

My guess is no. I'd say 10% or less. He gets points, but I don't see him as a "scorer" capable of being a lottery pick after one year.

I'd agree. As good as X and Scott are, they aren't the freak athletes that you usually see with 1 and done players. Not to say they aren't good athletes though...

Good catch - DVR target since Saturday will hopefully have other 'must see' programming and/or aftermath.

Saw this on twitter:

Phil ‏ @Hi5sFromPhil @CUnitBuffs @XtheCreator 8:30 PT at Mater Dei. Come down!

THat would be kinda sick and awesome if the CUnit showed up for that.

I'm betting they have a flight back to Denver after the game. If not until Sunday, that would be WAY kool!

This is almost for sure true. Either way, big kudos to MB - those 50 kids will never forget this experience. WIWT.
