#11 CU v #6 UNLV - March 15th, 8pm MT - NCAA Tournament 2nd Round Game Thread

Looking at UNLV's results down the stretch, I think this is going to be a really close game. We can win this.

I'm really nervous. I think we have a chance but not too confident. I think we can do it after watching our games in person this week. The key is to play in control no matter the tempo. If we don't, we'll force shots and start a downward spiral. We need to win this game. One win in the tourney will help us a lot. A one-and-done and its does damage IMO.

How would it do damage? obviously a win is vastly preferable but making the NCAAT is never, ever a bad thing...

We're playing with house money at this point. We weren't supposed to be here.

It's fate that we beat UNLV. Look who'll be there in the round of 32--those ****ing Baptists from Baylor. They deserve an ass whoopin' and the Buffs are just the guys to do it.

Colorado will get absolutely no mention of a chance all week. They will quietly go into this tourney game and "shock" the world again.

A one and done in the dance will never harm a team unless you're a team like Duke, Kentucky, Kansas, etc.

The guys on ESPiN just broke down the game. Except they never mentioned CU. Until Doug Gottlieb mentioned what a good player Anthony Roberson is.

Yeah, I wouldn't look for CU to get a lot of love in the next few days...

One game at a time. I hope you are right about the fate thing.

Let's not look past UNLV. The reward is too great.

"Baylor is superior to Colorado academically. Baylor has athletic facilities superior to Colorado. Colorado doesn't participate in the number of sports that Baylor does. Baylor's overall record in all collegiate sports dwarfs that of Colorado." - Baylor Regent Buddy Jones.

He at least didn´t make the popular mistake and added a T to his last name.

Yeah, it seems clear none of the "experts" have watched any game film. They even said carlin had too many open paths to the basket in the PAC 12 and that won't happen in this game...I am pretty sure he only had those two highlights, and that's all anyone else saw
