Kind of fits into your coaches but may be more of a program question. Those programs that do the least with the most talent: Early nominees, Notre Dame, Texas, aTm, recently Florida State. In the PAC, Cal, Arizona. Those programs that do the most with the talent they have: Early nominees, Wisconsin, KjSU (wins a lot of games with other teams leftovers,) PAC, hope it's CU this year.

Utah has been doing more with less for a long time

I would agree historically, especially during the Urban Meyer years and when the program was still riding the momentum he built. Last couple of years not so much.

best home field advantage... we all kinda know these schools. how about the ones we would never think of. maybe instead of a top 10 list... a 15 through 25 with focus on smaller schools, if possible?

or who does less with more. compare schools with 100K+ with 55k and less seating.

Gotta include UCLA for doing the least with the most talent list...

(Scout overall recruiting class rankings)
2008 - #10
2009 - #5
2010 - #8
2011 - #55
2012 - #12

Historically in the Pac I would argue they top the list for doing the least with the most talent.

Good argument, agree.
