So what # do I punch in to the remote to watch the CU games this fall?

Hope that works, I don't think they know what channel it will be on yet but once they do I assume this will tell you. I currently have comcast not as bad/good as people say just like any provider. They do give out great rates for new customers, my new customer pricing is up, but I have HD in two rooms, movie channels, and most sport channels, and internet and it runs right around 90 bucks don't know if thats a the best rate out there. Also i think the DVR service adds about 15 extra to your bill.

Unfortunately there is no international distribution at this time, and domestic access will require a subscription to one of our distribution partners.

The power button is a good place to start.
Does that mean if you have comcast or a carrier who has pac12 network you can get online content, I'm kind of confused about it. But I take it if you live in the markets you will get the channel without having to upgrade to a new package.

ESPN3 does have that. It's kind of a pita, but I can watch it on any internet connection (including at work...) - by going through a login process. (first select your carrier, then use your username/password for that carrier, then curse loudly because you never set it up, and have to be online at home to do it, forget to do it at home, go on another trip, curse loudly because you forgot, repeat several times until you remember to set it up while you're at home, then next time you login, forget what password you used, get locked out, can't unlock without being at home, curse loudly, forget to unlock when you're at home, repeat again, yeah - it's a process. I eventually got it worked out though - definitely put a dent in my productivity...)

None of this sounds good, but I guess it could be worse. Love the PAC but I will always maintain that it is a shame that local teams are not on free TV in the local areas. Simply put, CU football should be able to be seen on any TV in the state like it was in the 80's and early 90's. I think this was the model for teams around the nation used if I remember correctly and it creates the ability to build a great fan following by the locals. Showing Texas and Michigan play every week doesn't help anyone but those two schools... Kind of the same argument they NCAA keeps using against a playoff system.

In reading the FAQs I learned something else depressing. Everything I read particularly from Jon Wilner seemed to indicate it would be possible to get the regional networks outside your local area - like we can do today with the fox regionals with a bit more $. But, it looks like you just get your 1 local channel, and if you are outside the footprint, you can get the national network. So, those of us outside CO/UT but inside the pac12 footprint won't get the CU channel. That is a bummer since it means sooner or later I'll be stuck watching Cal or Stanford instead of a Buff game, at least on my TV, plus all the smaller sports and any locally Buffstampede type stuff. I had assummed we'd be able to get the neighboring regionals on some sports package, but it looks pretty clear that isn't how it works.
So pretty much I get the same crap that I get right now with FSN in Oregon. I really hope this isnt true.
