What do the fans do?

Serious question.

We have been punched in the gut yet again.

What do we do about it?

It is time to start seriously thinking about our options as fans, as donors, as representatives of the University that we all love.

Benson and DeStephadouche don't care, Bohn is a gimp with a ball gag and can only do what his masters command.

My only recourse is to not attend FB games. Instead of going to the game today I'll go watch PFM and the Broncos tomorrow. Save the rest of my sports budget for basketball season.

Drink all you can, pray that the Greater Powers see the light, and rejoice in the fact that basketball season is not that far off.

This fan is probably going to voluntarily miss some home games for the first time in 10+ years.

Very glad I left after the 3rd quarter today. My boys were hot and complaining, so we left early. Don't know if I'll bother for any others this year. What a waste of money.

I will no longer pay attention to the games.....way too many other things to do. Go Horn Frogs!

When CU calls for academic locations, you need to rip into them and tell them that you refuse to support the university unless they actually show they care about producing a winning football program.

Wish I had not spent $100 to join Rivals so I could keep up with Buff football. Anyone interested in buying my login at a massive discount?

Keep the responses coming. I'm going to bump this mid-week. Can we not get some type of group effort to make some kind of stand? I don't know what which is why I'm asking.

We have some great fans on this site, we have great fans not on this site.

I'm just looking to bounce some ideas around. Something more than quit going to games and quit donating. That takes too long for them to get their heads out of their asses.

What can we actually do that will make our school sit up and take notice?

Man I'm glad I didn't watch this boondoggle. My kid shot a goal today, shes scored in every game for her third consecutive season. I find that more rewarding than this crap.

congratulations to your daughter!! You are lucky to have something to be proud off. I'm am quite envious of you (I mean that seriously).

What am I going to do? I'm going to the Stanford game. I'm going to wear red with pride to a football game for the first time in two and a half decades.

CU does not care what the "fans" think. Unless a donor along the size of Boedecker, Solitch, or Anshuetz demands a change. Unfortunately those are the same donors that were demanding the hire of Embree and every other former buff player to the coaching staff.

What would really be cool? If the hundred of thousands of Buff alums throughout the country actually made their voices heard, instead of acting like our experience in Boulder was something we never publically acknowledge.

So should we hit them up? Rather than email Bohn and Benson and Embree, maybe actually hit up our big doners who are named?

Benson and DiStefano don't care because they got a coach for cheap and have de-emphasized football. Win-win.

I think I'll upgrade and become a Duke football fan.

Actually it's funny you mention that. As a current tuition paying student I am absolutely composing an email to the athletic dept. tomorrow. I can not speak on behalf of all Buff fans but I am tired of a substantially large portion of our tuition going toward this garbage. Either you can take my money and make us an elite academic institution like other Pac-12 schools or you can take my money and not make me embarrassed to rep CU on Staurdays but it has to be one or the other. For me, preferably the former but maybe I am on the wrong board for that. But my point is simple, you can not steadily raise tuition year after year yet decrease the academic and athletic performance.

I'm in. I'll sign a petition, I'll make phone calls, I'm already not paying them a cent, I'll help start a website. These morons need to listen to us and we cant let them continue to run this program as a bottomfeeder **** program the way they do.

The PAC12 is now rethinking letting us in. We're a laughingstock. I dont want my kids going through this pain. There are plenty of other good schools that care enough about their AD to invest it in smartly than CU.

Right now, I couldnt send them there.

Anyhow, we fans need to do something about this. I'm soooooo friggin tired of losing.

I am already committed to flying my family in for the Washington AND Utah games during thanksgiving. That turkey better be damn good! What a waste of football money!

Not donating if you are a small donor will not help. It will take the big donors, those that are giving and those sitting on the bench waiting for better times, to step up and force a change

They have to invest in the program.
