I do not want to see the 2012 CU Buffs listed here in 3 months

That really puts into perspective how gawd awful Kansas State was before Snyder. Dude is a hell of a coach.

I do not want to be on that list.

WOW! k st. on there a lot... I really hope we don't make that list either. Modern day football (bottom of the list) pretty bad company there. By the way Snyder should start or open a Coaching Coaches school

Only 2 of those teams went 0-12, and the 2008 Washington team played Oklahoma, BYU, and Notre Dame out of conference.

Going 0-12 with a schedule that included games against two MWC schools and a FCS school would be historically awful.

It's ok though, we're rebuilding

Uh ... CU went 0-4 in its first season, 1890.
The Buffs were out-scored in their four games, 217-4.
So this year's team is doing better, which is nice ...

If I recall, Jim Tressel taught a coaching 101 class at Ohio St. while he was there. Though I doubt he divulged all of his secrets...:)

Snyder's coaching tree isn't very big, but it's pretty good. We like to talk smack about their JuCo players, but K-State while Snyder has been there has been the model of "if you have average talent but are very good at the fundamentals (i.e. blocking, tackling, few penalties and few turnovers) you will win a lot of games" school of thought.
