A positive thread

Well you guys are slightly more depressing then usual so lets think of the positives and I will start........

You guys are up .5 games on USC in the Pac12
Colorado has a great history and I wish my Ducks had half of your history.
The only place to go from rock bottom is up (as a duck fan we have lots of experience in this department).
You have a great university you can be proud of!

At this point we are like a bunch of people at the funeral, looking at the body and hoping to see it breath but realizing it isn't likely to happen.
 
As a positive, CU football apparel is likely to be deeply discounted in time for the holiday shopping season.

Thanks Duck! We have lots of positives, just none on the field right now.

I now know 3 real Ducks....
The next poster that degrades players individual or unit....I'll make it my sole purpose for the remainder of the season to ride you like a rented donkey.....they're kids & BUFFS..leave them out of it.
 
I thought yesterday was pretty good, as far as the week before not so good, but thank you for your concern.
 
We should start paying for our players like Oregon. Cheating with sanctions is better than this.
 
We're tied for the division lead, by the way, and only 1 game out of First Place in the entire conference. Southern Cal is the doormat of the conference now.
 
Thanks Canard. It is hard to see the positive when you feel like you are at the bottom of a six foot hole and dirt is being tossed in on top of you. I do believe we will get better but we are again years away from relevance and everyone on this side is tired. Just tired of caring so much and it not mattering to those who have the power and make the decisions. No vision, no communication and appearance of apathy when it comes to football.
 
If nothing else, Embree has brought the old school look back to the uniforms. They look like the early 90's jerseys, to bad they aren't playing the same way.

Getting your ass kicked sucks, but we do look good doing it.
 
Good luck! I am done! I will care,spend money, and chime in when the school cares.... Why should I if tbey don't?
 
One positive is that Marques Mosely appears to be a great Buff in the making:

Embree pointed to Marques Mosley as an example of a young leader already
proving that the future of CU football has not been entrusted to the timid or

The true freshman defensive back suffered a sprained MCL early in the Fresno State game and kept playing. At halftime, the knee stiffened and his night was over.

Only it wasn't.

"He went back out there and he wasn't supposed to be out there. So I had to
call a timeout and get him off the field," Embree said of Mosley. "And he was
crying. He was upset. Because it's important to him."

We need lots of guys like this (as opposed to guys who appear to want to be taken out of the game after the first TD).
