I've been a Colorado fanatic for 25 years, since I was 15. I live about 100 miles from WSU, so yesterday was FINALLY my first CU football game. I went into the game with the mindset that I was happy just to finally see them play, and knowing WSU, that anything was possible. I still actually had a smile on my face early 4th qtr because all the WSU fans were mad that they weren't winning by more. The final 8 minutes I will remember for the rest of my life. The last 3 touchdowns were scored in the endzone I was in, & the celebration after Webb's TD was over where I was. The Colorado sideline was bouncing the whole 8 minutes, while WSU's was flat & emotionless. After time ran out I ran over to where the CU fans & players were to celebrate. Our fans were high 5'ing & hugging me when I said it was my 1st game, & I got to high 5 Chip. With tears in my eyes & a very sore throat, I say thank you to the players, coaches, & us fans for never giving up, and making this something I will remember forever. It was worth the 25 year wait. Go Buffs.

Great first post. Welcome. I'm kicking myself for not making the cross state trek from Silverdale to watch the awesomeness. Go Buffs!

Rep.

Thanks for repping the Buffs on the road when no one gave us a chance. May this be a turning point.

Really. No "Cool story, Spo"?

Welcome. Glad you caught a good one!

How about "cool starry spa"?
