Yesh. The Big 10 is horrible. And that's saying a lot coming from a CU fan. OSU will probably win by default. If there was ever a perfect year to go to the Rose Bowl as a Pac 12 team, this is it.

Yup, the Big 10 is woefully bad this year, and this is exactly why ND is not even close to being the 10th best team in the nation.
