I know the overwhelming majority of ABers think JE and the entire crew should be fired after we lose again at Utah. However many of us are also concerned Bohn doesn't have the support to pull the trigger on that.

What do you think the actual odds are that we actually do fire him in the next few weeks, assuming another embarrassing loss on Friday?

I voted 50%. I think Bohn wants him gone but probably doesn't have the support. But I think if we get embarrassed again and there is enough of a revolt things could change.

Is that because Henderson is so well tied to the program? Or is it because he was just regurgitating tweeted info on Tedford? Henderson is a lazy hack and I would not trust a thing he writes.

Edit: not saying the chances are good he will be gone, but Henderson is a horrible source. I did say no better than 25% and it is probably lower so I think we are stuck with him. Just going to be very bitter if we do not make the move.

Administration ineptitude aside, I can't for the life of me come to grips with the idea that they can look at the situation with the football team and come to any conclusion other than wholesale changes are necessary - now.

This is where I am as well. Looking at the facts there just are not many options to fix this. Tedford's firing has to increase the pressure as well. I am peppering them with emails and facts to help make the decision easier.

Saw a post over on Rivals that made a lot of sense. May come down to how willing Embree is to handle the "EB situation." The admin may want to replace both coordinators and Embree may not be willing to cross that bridge. Honestly, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to replace both coordinators and not the whole staff, since I've never heard of that happening at another school. Yet another situation that could only happen at dear old CU.

Didn't Mack Brown replace both his offensive and defensive coordinators in the same year a few years back?

Regardless of that - I think there is 0% chance that Bohn pulls the trigger. He made a promise to Embree to give Embree at least three years. I think Bohn will keep that promise, even if it means 15,000 fans in the seats next season.

Did those Texas coordinators both get fired, or did at least one get a better job?

See my previous.
The writing was on the wall for Davis in the 5-7 season that followed the Colt McCoy debacle vs. Alabama. Boom was pissed that Mack didn't step aside per plan after the loss in the NC. Picture Brown's scenario as Mac in 1994 - everything lined up to win with his best class ever, then a loss brought it all down. Difference is, Brown was "invigorated," Mac had invested everything he had, almost completely lost his family, therefore he left.

Anyway, long story short - Davis was blamed for the 5-7 no bowl season, and Muschamp surprised (how, I don't know - I'd be pissed too) everyone by boting for Florida. 1 firing, 1 departure for greener pastures.

Despite the state of the program, right now 88% of us think the chance of him getting fired are 0% or 25%, which shows how little confidence we have in Bohn and the administration to make the change.

How has this debacle of a season affected your efforts for new facilities?

You haven't seen any announcement on new facilities yet, have you?

I think they are generally slow-playing the facilities, anyway - but going 1-10 certainly isn't helping anything.

Personally, I think he is 75% gone. He can still save his job with a win against Utah, but another blowout to a team with a losing record will do him in. If there was a single positive that he could point to then he would be safe. No. Way. In. Hell. will he be able to fire both coordinators and keep his job.The program simply cannot afford to keep him another year, and I believe there are donors that are willing to help with the buyout.

Just wonder what the thought process is, you don't have to be a fb genius to see that he is in over his head, and that this league is getting exponentially harder. There has to be some sort of behind the scenes dealings that are preventing a move right now. No one in America thinks JE is going to win.

0, the same as my desire to fly to Colorado for the spring game or any game, spend money on tickets or CU merchandise, or even bother to watch games on television.

We are playing at home. It is the seniors last game. Pride on the line....and we are 23 point underdogs to the 4-7 Utes. We just ran a QB sneak on first down. Opponents that have struggled keep beating us by 30.

If that isn't enough for the management to make complete changes, then....you just can't fix stupid.

Life is hard. It's even harder when you're stupid. Thanks BB and PD. I have zero faith you will do anything significant to make CU fans passionate, or even mildly care again.

I feel sick about it, but against UW I was rooting for a blowout. I'm going to end up watching the Utah game hoping that the youths hand 50 on CU.

Honestly I think the only was Embree is gone is with 1 last embarrassment.

I could see us winning on Friday - sadly (weird). Utah isn't very good either, and they have nothing to play for this week.
