With Goodman he states that due to inexperience (i.e. Lack of qualifications) that Bohn should have expected 5 years for JE and his DC and OC to essentially learn on the job....Wow. I don't recall Joel mentioning that during his radio campaign in 2010.Do not remember him stating that the Buff Agenda would need to learn on the job. Only remember him taking his shots at Hawk and co.Did he really advocate such a slow process that included getting much worse?Stated whoever hired these guys should have expected complete and total failure for a few years! Joel - you hired Embree! You were the most vocal guy and you railed about the greatness this would bring. Does he advocate Embree firing Cabral ?Stated we were close to 4 wins.Unbelievable.

 Keep digging that hole Klatt.

Brown is learning on the job still? But he has all that NFL experience!!!

All of the Embree apologists like Klatt talk about having more time to rebuild...the bottom line is if there are ZERO signs of improvement from year 1 to year 2 and so on, you've got to move on. I would have found it easy to continue to support Embree if he and his staff made the necessary moves to improve the program over the course of this season, regardless of record. Success in rebuilding a program doesn't have to be measured in wins and losses, but putting that product on the field was 12 weeks is just inexcusable.

**** the Embree apologists and their "but you gave Hawk 5 years" whining.

Everyone agrees giving Hawk the extra year was a mistake. So you want to repeat the mistake just because the guy before got an extra year. Drive the program further into the hole just because the guy before got another year.

My response to all of these guys is the same - worst season in CU history. That's all they should hear. Whether it's Klatt, Big Al, CJ, or any other Embree apologist, the only response they need to be given is - worst season in CU history.
