I would like to congratulate Allbuffs.com and all of their members. Though it may not be realistic to think that all of the credit of the latest developments is due to you, you have shown that Buff Nation is still here, still strong, and still passionate.
You have held the leaders of our university accountable. You have brought many of the key issues out in the forefront and has led to changes in an administration that has shown no interest in change in the past.
From the member who posted about his run in with chancellor DiStefano before a game earlier this season on facility upgrades and lack of commitment from him. I wrote about the development in a piece on milehighsports.com that got extreme blowback by the SID and University.
Buffnik's letter brought all of the issues out clearly and concise. We brought it to the airwaves and it strengthened the voice of and rationality of Buff Nation and allbuffs made the issues come to the point where it could not be ignored.
Allbuffs.com has been key in the developments, from the firing of Jon Embree to the chancellor and president making the statement today that they are committed to the program and on upgrading facilities, a statement never uttered by either man publicly.
Again, congratulations and thank you to everyone at allbuffs! They were instrumental in getting our radio programming off the ground on Buff Chips and moving forward with our passions. Allbuffs will no longer be a sponsor at the end of this week, and even though... My sincerity, fondness, and gratitude goes out to allbuffs for their commitment to us, as well as all members who have reawakened Buff Nation and taken the very important first steps on getting this thing back on track.
Congratulations, and thank you!
