I don't want to hear **** until something is finalized.

With all due respect to guys like Reed who are working hard on this, I'm tired of this rumor bull****. I don't want to hear anything about sources, or tweets, or anything else. Hopefully this process is locked up tighter than Fort Knox from now on.

Media coverage is the one area where professional teams are better than college. This turned into an episode of The Bachelor, and it was the most dramatic rose ceremony yet.

Most of the drama was self-created by mediots (media idiots) trying to draw attention to their own schtick.
 
I believe they will try. I'd like it to go down like that. Like, say after CU beats Kansas they call a press conference to announce a new coach. Saturday or Sunday afternoon.

Easiest was to not hear anything is to stay off AllBuffs and turn off sports/talk radio/local news for the next week.

At this point, I'm going to be shocked as hell when they make an announcement and it turns out one of the rumors I read did pan out.... :lol:
 
Was anyone on here predicting Butch Jones as a potential candidate? Serious question.

For me, it came a bit out of left field - albeit I'm not well informed about hot coaches/possibilities. That being said, I wouldn't be surprised if it happened again. Someone we didn't think of or we thought was impossible. Wishful thinking I suppose.
 
100% with you....as apathetic as watching this team was this year, this coaching search is doing the exact same for me

Lots of underwhelming coaches & options....bunch of ridiculous attention/speculation/drama.....eh, just make a decision and announce the damn facilities upgrades (which is really the only sure fire thing to get excited about after this whole saga)
 
Disagree completely. If we don't hide our next coach behind a food-cart then I don't want him.

I really don't care anymore. I am over the coaching search which kinda sucks. I just want it to be done, really don't care who. Time to get moving towards fixing this thing.

I am also hoping that Kate Upton will show up in my bed tonight.

I suspect that is more likely.
