Yeah ummmmm.... This sucks right now, but I hope they learn a bunch from this and apply it towards further success!!! :gobuffs:

Those refs can go die in a fuc*ing hole and eat a bunch of arizona wildcat cat **** and ****in choke!!!!!!!!!!! Way to go sabatino!!!!!

Hell of a game. Even though we got screwed at the end, we had plenty of opportunities to stop it before that point. Either way, we gotta get the win at ASU.

The moment they waived it off I was the angriest I've been in a long long time. Luckily I've cooled off a bit but not much...

I am with you as i had been running around my family room yelling we win. I ****ing hate the ****ing Tucson suck asses as much as I hate the buttscuds from Lincoln. I really do.

I just have no clue how they could overturn it based on the video. Face it, the refs wanted to get out of there alive.

As much as this sucks, this is the kind of thing that leads to epic rivalries. The CEC is going to be a VERY hostile environment on Valentines Day.

It was deja vu for me...Both of my schools, CU and UF, controlled games vs. UA at McKale Center with massive leads only to lose...2x the hate for 'Zona right now...

I'm still blow away by this, its almost an hour later. I cannot wait to be rocking the keg on valentines day.

It's so brutal to go from being so high to being so low. Such an awful feeling.

We NEED to win when they come to the Keg.

I was going to reply with some pun on love/crap... But I'll just buy a ticket, get drunk and let zona know how I feel. Oh and F*ck arizona!!

Hopefully Tad & the team can turn this **** into a positive for the rest of the season. And oh yeah, **** you Arizona!

Which is why we have to assure that UofA fans don't get to buy anymore than the 500 or so (?) that visiting teams are allotted as a courtesy under conference rules. I was at that game last year, and sat behind about a thousand or so of those assholes* who were constantly shouting "UofA" ... blatantly ripping off the chant that IIRC originated with the success of the US Hockey Team in 1980. We need to drown those ****ers out in our own house.

* Okay ... actually most of the UofA fans were actually pretty decent to interact with... even after they lost by only a point.

But I still hate their chant! Drown 'em out on 2/14!

I was about as pissed as I can be at a game after that call. But I'm doing a little better now.

Anyway, the good news is, this game isn't a killer for the Buffs. We weren't expected to win anyway, and can still get where we want (Pac-12 Champions, NCAA, etc.) this year. What this would've been is a statement game, virtually guaranteeing a spot in the Tournament and really opening the eyes of potential recruits. My biggest hope now is that the team channels their anger right now into a quiet fury the rest of the season. Play with a chip on their shoulder and vow to make sure they do not allow that to happen again. If that happens, this loss won't mean much in the end, but I'm just worried that we'll be flat for weeks after this.
