Pac-12 needs to evaluate

Do we get the worst refs? Does this happen to other teams.

Pac-12 is notoriously atrocious and nothing has been done for years. And, by the looks of it, it won't ever be changing. Larry Scott has had time to fix it and nothing has happened.

Well he needs to wake up. This kind of bull**** hurts the good teams in the conference and when you are struggling to prove the conference isn't a basketball joke bad reffing sure doesn't help.

And bull****. This loss isn't about ****** officials. Its aboiut ****** players and coaches.

In my extremely biased opinion I thought at the minimum Bachynski should have been tossed, what he did was beyond the bounds of sport. I don't want to totally overreact but that is one of the cheapest moves I have seen in a while.

And this thread isn't about the loss, it is about bad refs and hopefully clowns raping refs.

Absolutely

He didn't even get a foul called on him AFTER the refs reviewed the play.

Have you ever seen a guy get knocked out by an elbow to the head and have a foul called on him for falling down into the guy who cracked him?

/nuff said

It is pure fate that we'll be seeing these douchebags in Las Vegas. It might not be a great matchup for us, but they aren't good enough to do the 3-sweep on us. Just relax. We'll get our time.

The scott foul call/injury was terrible. Beyond that, and Jahil's foul calls, I thought it was terrible on both sides. Either let them play or call it close. They did neither.

Larry Scott has done everything right and I mean everything right.... except the officiating in all sports.. he needs to fix it email... goose said it best on Twitter he feared violence tonight and well he should have I was half was halfway down the aisle before my common sense kicked in... that was a dangerous environment

ASU got so much more calls. Trying to call it equally terrible for both sides is a joke.

I don't condole violence. But I do encourage chants from the student section and throwing **** on the court to disrupt play. Where was that? Are we not Colorado? Who is this C-Unit anyway?

Wouldn't say it was equal, but overall the team's lack of fire, Andre's worst offensive game I ever remember, and Scott's injury were the main culprits

My bigger concern is that players get hurt with officiating like that. It's dangerous.

Doing that is a very good way to piss off Tad Boyle for starters. Not a good idea at all.

Don't encourage them.

Somebody in the Duke student section threw something on the court the other day (and no T-foul was called of course ... after all ... it's DUKE ). Do we really want to sink to their level?

I think not.

Want to say so much about this game but this is the best reasoning. Thank you

I turned it on late in the game and it sounds like Scott got nailed... What exactly happened?

He fouled a guy by getting his head in the way of the other players elbow and then fell on him on the way to the floor.

Sendek is a master at doing this. Pulled these victories out at NC State left and right. Also had the same type of annoying thugs on NC State that he seems to have on ASU.

Scott's injury - at the very least an uncalled foul, at most a result of the officials losing control.

Dre's offensive game - a direct result of being mugged after getting several offensive rebounds, no call, resulted in turnovers or unable to get the putback up. Also a turnover when Buttchinski should have picked up #5 for hooking Roberson coming down the lane for a dunk. No call.

Lack of fire? That's pretty inexcusable, especially given the number of things they had to be pissed off about.
