DePaul. 2-11 in BE play, 11-15 overall.

Big Ten
Penn State. 0-14 in B1G play, 8-18 overall.

Big 12
TCU. 1-12 in B12 play, 10-16 overall.
Texas Tech. 2-11 in B12 play, 9-15 overall.

Pac-12
Washington State. 2-12 in P12 play, 11-16 overall.

SEC

Mississippi State. 2-11 in SEC play, 7-18 overall.
Auburn. 3-10 in SEC play, 9-17 overall.

I think the ACC and Pac-12 clearly have the best bottom feeders this year (i.e., they wouldn't be on this list if playing in one of the other conferences).

The worst? Ped State's winless conference season is impressive, but the B1G is so good it's hard to pick them. TCU has an amazing bottom feeder resume, but spoiled it with that win over Kansas. South Florida is a hot mess, but they did beat Georgetown. I might have to go Miss State here. Their win at Georgia (12-14) is by far the most impressive showing they've had all year. Besides that, there is really nothing to hurt its resume.
 
Agree, It's Mississippi State. They are atrocious, currently getting slaughtered by lowly Vanderbilt at home
