Game is this Friday at the Frank Erwin Center in Austin, Texas.

EDIT:
This game represents the back half of consecutive years in the Big Dance for CU in the better part of half a century. The Buffs will play the big-10 tested Fighting Illini who much like us dont pass the ball, and play rather slowly. So key things to look for in this game is can the Illini rebound with us? Can Spencer get to the line? and can we keep their 3 pt shooters in check?

They faded down the stretch for sure.

illinois is beatable by us. imo.

shoulder to shoulder. austin, maybe we might have some fans....travel. spring break too.

Looks like Illinois is totally guard driven. Top 3 scorers are all 6'4" or smaller. Their leading rebounder is averaging 4.6 RPG. And yet they've got 5 guys 6'8" or bigger. But a couple don't play much, and the ones that do haven't put up anything in the way of numbers (Griffey, McLaurin, Egwu)

We can only hope - Buffs seem to look best when they can push out defensively on the perimeter, and offensively when they can slash. Could setup well for Scott.

We need SHT back for this. As much of a pain as he can be sometimes, him and scott on the floor together could wreck the Illini

Depends on the game time. My wife is a badger so they play the same day. If different session times we will be at the game in Austin. Otherwise watching on tv. Go Buffs!

Not only that ... but they seem to have reading comprehension problems over there.

Here's a clue ... saying that "they[you] can't be as retarded as UNLV fans" is NOT the same as calling you retarded.

Alright alright, I don't want this thread to derail into some passive aggressive **** talking between the boards like it does whenever we play Baylor (**** Baylor)

Try and keep everything focused on the game for a few days at least. They seem like a good fans, and as we saw last year, when two teams who know nothing about each other matchup, it is easy to get cocky as a fanbase (both ours and theirs)

Keep it focused please

Really happy with the draw but we really need Jelly and Ski to be at their best. Go Buffs!
