Does Andre have to announce his intentions tomorrow?

With the NCAA installed date of April 16th for underclassmen to maintain their eligibility, my question is does Andre Roberson have to make an announcement or does he just simply wait until he is ready. Its not like any of the guys that entered the NBA draft can return now anyway, unless they change their minds by tomorrow.

No, if he would have declared for the draft he would have to withdraw or stay in by tomorrow. Since he hasn't declared he has until the 28th to formally enter.
 
yes, uh no, uh not technically, but maybe; is how i read the NCAA rules.
