We now go to Lawrence, Kansas...

I don't see anything in that story that implicates KU. The money came from an agent and went to an AAU coach. The University and the player weren't involved.

I think as long as there is no evidence of money going to McLemore or his family, don't see a punishment going to KU. And even if they did, it will be nothing but a slap on the wrist.

Looks to me like KU is a victim in this. If the NCAA does anything to them, that's ****ed up.

Ben McLemore's former AAU coach said he was paid cash and other benefits to sway McLemore to leave Kansas after one season and declare for the NBA draft, according to a USA Today report.
There's no way Kansas should be punished for this, no matter how much I dislike them. Kansas did nothing at all.

What I'm afraid is going to happen is that the NCAA will find that this AAU coach took money before or during the season, will rule that McLemore was ineligible to play from that point on, and force KU to vacate all wins and tourney money for all the games McLemore played in while ineligible.
