I have been on NetBuffs since the CU AD deleted their fan page. Then Smitty built NetBuffs from scratch. In other words, I have been around a long, long, long time.
 
Honest question: is anybody left on netbuffs? I seriously thought that site died off a year or two ago.

Howdy Aussie. Good to see you here. I read this board all the time. I don't post much, but there hasn't been much to say except to vent about poor coaching and poor administrators for about 7 years. Hopefully the Buffs will once again be feared before my years are up. Take care.
 
NetBuffs: Same generalized fascination one harbors while visiting a half-filled monkey house at a decrepit, run-down zoo!

Welcome, Aussie, read your stuff "over there and back when" and noted your rational approach......difference here is everybody got lots of friends in very low places and Gateway is only let out for holidays.

You guys had to mention G____way? Im sure her crazy old lady radar is going off right now and I expect a visit any minute now.
 
Gateway should be left in peace, for a while, as far as I'm concerned.

And for this Aussie fellow...do we really want a poster that waited that long to abandon NetBuffs (I'm assuming it's as bad as every one says--I've never visited)? I'm skeptical on this one.

I committed NB suicide but I was already here. buffdad is my favorite idot over there, he needs to meet Bill W
 
I was an NB regular, still look over there now and again...even occasionally posting. I like it here much better....I bet you will too. Welcome aboard.
