247 is the only site showing a CU offer (though Rivals does show that we have interest in him and Walters is the lead recruiter). Offer list is far from overwhelming, but take a look at the highlights and judge for yourself.

Also lists North Texas and UTEP offers now. 247 has us in his top two. He is camping with our coaches at the Houston camp

I don't know. He doesn't wrap up like the guy who just committed to us. That guy would just hammer down the guy with the ball. Very seldom did they get an extra yeard once he arrived. Barnett...maybe he just needs someone to make a better highlight tape. Didn't know who he was in most clips, didn't have those circles to make sure who you were supposed to be watching, and there were lots of gang tackles. Admittedly, I grew bored after a bit and closed out the window.

With that said, who the hell am I? If the coaches look at the tape, talk to the young man and like what they see, then go for it. I trust MM. Way, way more than any coach CU has had for a long time.

Agreed. I can't imagine how crappy it was to watch VHS highlight films. And that was only about 10 years ago. I've realized now as a fan that I maybe shouldn't have made my own 30 minute VHS highlight film in HS. Probly didn't help.

One Texas athlete was all set to camp with the Colorado coaching staff last month in Pearland at the Houston Baptist University event. Although things didn’t work out so he could make it, it hasn’t kept Dominique Barnett from ranking the Buffs high on his list. Go "Inside" to see what the talented defender had to say about Colorado.

Strange to be supposively having offers from schools like CU, Duke, and multiple C-USA schools and ending up at Houston Baptist.

Think that there may be more to this story that meets the eye.

Maybe Connor Wood is transferring there and recruited him?
