Anyone get any update on their season tickets...?

I requested some upgrades this year and usually by now someone has contacted me about my requests. I just wonder if anyone has heard anything. Seems like tickets should arrive soon.

I was told they are working through upgrades now, i called about the same thing.

I haven't heard anything. I don't even know if I'm a Buff Club member anymore

Thought this thread was about basketball. Was about to be super pissed. Don't care bout football. How bad is that?

I guess it is hit or miss. I do not know how they are prioritizing it. My requests did not change my price or donation so maybe that had something to do with it. I guess I will be patient.

They called me over a month back and I got all upgrades taken care of already.....guess I have some sort of priority status with the AD

All requests are handled in order by priority points. I have only made two changes in 14 years and can't remember if I was ever denied the first time around. You could always call them and ask.

I am in the same boat as you my hang up seems to be waiting to see how many people failed to renew ahead of me so that I can move.

This.

I didn't request any upgrades for this year or last.

I am in the top 10% of priority points and have not heard a word...not to worried my requests were fairly minor.

I have very low priority points, requested upgrades last year and this year, got both, and had everything done well over a month ago, so I'd have to say that's probably not how all requests work.

one caveat to the system is that it will not displace current "residents" of the area you'd like to upgrade to.

So for instance if you'd like to get a Franklin field pass and you have more points than some in the field they don't kick them out. You have to wait for someone not to renew and then you can (assuming you are top of list) take the upgrade. This scenario means people looking to upgrade to higher demand areas or areas with low availability take longer.

I think that is what is going on with one of my requests. When people do not renew they go back to them a couple of times before they take away their spots. Seating requests are fairly easy right now since there is not any section that is full.

Got this at work today,I'd call if you haven't heard about your upgrade.

Subject: CU Football season ticket offer for corporate partners

Football season is around the corner, and we want your entire organization to be part of the excitement building for a new era under head football coach Mike MacIntyre. As employees of a valued corporate partner of CU Athletics, we are thrilled to offer you and your colleagues an exclusive opportunity to purchase special “held back” seat locations for individual/personal football season tickets in Folsom Field.

The seat improvement process for current Buffs season ticket holders is complete, and the ticket office has held back the best remaining seat locations in multiple price levels for employees of our corporate partners. There are seats to fit just about any budget with prices as low as $175 per seat - that’s just $25 a game and includes CSU in Denver, as well as our exciting home schedule with Pac-12 standouts Oregon and USC.

This special offer expires this Friday, June 29th before it is opened to other buyers. It is so exclusive that the only ticket office staff member authorized to sell these locations is our ticket sales general manager Nate Christiansen. Nate can be reached by phone at 303-492-4685 or via email atnate.christiansen@colorado.edu<mailto:nate.christiansen@colorado.edu> and looks forward to assisting you on your purchase today.
Having you and your colleagues in Folsom Field on fall football Saturdays is important to our success. We appreciate you and your company’s support and look forward to seeing you this fall in Boulder.

Please feel free to forward this information to your entire organization through HR or other channels – but note that the offer ends this Friday!
