Former MacIntyre SJSU guy turning heads at Broncos camp

I hope that with him likely to be employed in Denver this influences his brother to more strongly consider committing to the Buffs. We could use him.

It is still early in camp and it seems like every year there is somebody who grabs a bunch of attention then fades away but if they are rotating him with the first defense he has somebodies attention. At worst he should be on the practice squad.

it also doesn't hurt in recruiting Colorado if the coaches can say they coached players who are on the Broncos, That gets some HS kids attention.

Ryan Clady was a heck of a player to have played at BSU under Hawkins.

Matter of truth is that a lot of 3* and 2* players have been tearing it up in the NFL while the 4* and 5* types have ended up being busts. I love the idea of getting a big time player for the Buffs but after Darrell Scott, I'd rather have a solid team than a highly rated player.

Let's debate that! It's new ground I'm sure!

You've been here too long for this Nash.

Should we start a new thread about the importance of the star system in recruiting and another one on the relationship between aggregate team recruiting rankings and winning %?

he has his work cut out for him. We have guys every year that tear it up in practice and never see the field. maybe we name it the Julius Thomas award, it can go to the guy who looks like a HOF player in camp and never sees the field. That being said, I wouldn't mind seeing Adams being replaced.

He has competition with Jammer and Carter

those guys didn't start last year, so I was assuming Adams was still at the top of the depth chart. If you are telling me that Adams has slipped to fourth on the SS depth chart, then I am happy.

I think Ihenacho is a slam dunk to make the active roster of the Donks. His little brother has got to be one of the top kids on our board. It's no secret that HCMM is absolutely terrified of our DB situation right now.

No, I´m merely saying we have options at safety and if one guy doesn´t perform we can replace him. Carter started 10 games as a rookie

You certainly have to feel that if his bro makes the squad, given what appears to be positive family history with HCMM at SJSU, we are on the inside track for little bro.

Great news on Ihenacho.

I'm very high on his brother and anything that helps with that recruitment makes me happy.
