Pac-12 net gets better and better every week, they really have started cranking up the content, and they appear to be wanting to set the standard for conference athletics content.

Pac-12 Net is about to release a 14 epsiode documentary series called "The Drive". Being produced by a producer from some ESPN 30 for 30 shows as well as for HBO, TNT, FOX, NBA, NHL, and MLB. Also on the production side is a producer from HBO's Hard Knocks. This season it is going to focus on Cal and U of A. Premiers September 11th. Should be a good series

Here is an article from the Pac-12 on it

Unfortunately, I have Directv but this show Varsity Days sounds good too where they show a lot of old footage

The Drive looks like it will be good. Also, Varsity Days is fun to watch. I love watching the old footage.

I have a question though, with CU's switch to the PAC12, will we ever get to see old Pre-Pac CU games or footage on this network or do the rights to those games belong to the Big 8/XIII?

That is one of the things I like most about these Conference Networks is all the old games they show. There always seems to be an old football game but all we have seen of CU on our network are games from the last two season and honestly who really wants to relive those games?

Does anyone have any idea about where the rights to our games lie? I don't like our history only going back to 2011.

I was thinking the same thing but have no idea.

I got a response from the Pac-12 Network that said:
Yes! We have limited rights to old footage now, but we've already done one classic game apiece and will expand in the future.

Watching Varsity Days 1981, there are some Buff clips in there vs. Oregon. Some great Elway stuff, too.
