CU/FS game postponed to a later date

Undefeated one more week. Makes a lot of sense, just pulling police resources for traffic management would have been tough to justify.

Good call. Only crappy thing is that the team will have a really long layoff with next week's bye.

3 weeks between games could either be really good for us, or really bad. Lets them be real rested going into OSU

Given that this is a new coaching staff, I think getting games under the belt would be better than rest. But this was still the right call.

this SUCKS! i totally get why its was called off but now i am really pissed i sold my tickets. i couldnt make this weekends game but i could probably make the new date.

What's the point of postponing the game at all if it's not made up this year? If played the next year, does that game count for the originally scheduled or next season's win total or bowl eligibility?

I can't imagine Fresno wanting to play a game after their championship game.

I can't imagine the game being played on the 14th. It's after the bowl selection date, after the conf championship games, and right around finals. It's also a week before bowls start.

If you want this game to be played you better root hard for San Jose. They're the second best team in the division. Unfortunately, Fresno doesn't play SJSU until 11/30. Unless Fresno really stumbles, I don't see this game being played.

No doubt the best call for the city. Hopefully mac can put these three weeks of practice to good use, and we can heal up some guys that are a little banged up.

Also, this is awesome.

I can-If they run the table they'll need the additional win over an AQ opponent. We might if we finish 5-6 as well, and can't get a waiver from the NCAA like UCLA did in 2011 (finished 6-6 but got smoked by the Ducks in the CCG).

Cancelling it for the year would require refunds and/or credits. It would be a pain in the ass for them. But then, this is all a pain in the ass anyway.

Right call to cancel the game, but note that KU @ CU basketball is December 7th at 1:15pm.
