His location at the time of the tweet was Perris, CA. I don't know how related that is to the commit. Maybe he's in the area after talking with Lee and decided to go with it then, but I was also like "Hmmmm Devon Blackmon, better get my hopes up." It should also be noted that Klayton Adams tweeted the same thing before LaRussa.
