Why do we still put links to the ESPN site? Does Allbuffs make any money driving clicks to that site? Because it's utterly worthless for recruiting information. But I did learn that he's being recruited as a DT there.

i can't tell if you're joking or not but the dt thing has confused me before too.

Spoke with Jonathan Giles a few minutes ago. He's excited about his first major conference offer coming from the Buffs. Fresno was the first to offer, followed by North Texas, both recruiting him as a QB. He said CU was recruiting him as a receiver with Troy Walters on the lead. The Buffs have been in contact since his sophomore season. He admitted he doesn't know a lot about Colorado or Boulder, but would love to get up here for a visit or camp.

Giles is the point guard on Elkins' basketball team and runs the 100 in track (10.9). He's hearing from some SEC schools as well as Texas ones. Dream school a tie between Texas Tech and Texas.

He's truly enjoying the recruiting process, which sometimes isn't the case for these young men.

Giles lined up at QB all last season and didn't get any action at DT, I asked.

69 receptions for 1,158 yards and 13 touchdowns as a sophomore. Has redshirt available, so he'd redshirt and have 2 years left. Possibly someone Chev would target. We'll have no junior WRs in 2018 if Huntley redshirts this year.
