Hat tip to Boyd on this one. Rivals and 247 now showing that we recently offered Chason. Sounds like a heavy ASU lean, but it's unclear if ASU taking Perkins recently will have any impact.

Thanks for doing the grunt work to get the profile up. I started it yesterday and AB crashed on me when I uploaded the photo. Dude is a stud. Not sure if we have a legit shot but he or Jones would be AWESOME for this class.

Wow...What an out of the blue update. Pretty sure no one saw this coming.
Except HCMM & Co. I know some people think us Kool-Aid drinkers are blindly believing in HCMM but I honestly don't think he has given us much reason to doubt him yet (except perhaps some of his choices of assistants). There is so much we don't know (and the recruiting services don't either) about what is going on behind the scenes.

HCMM & Lindgren, et. al., have a master plan and they are going to take us where we need to go. We will get a really good QB this class and maybe it will be Virgil. His offer list and athleticism are off the charts. Since he visited MSU last week I would LOVE for him to find his way to Boulder. The campus this time of year, combined with seeing the facilities upgrades, etc…imagine, Starkville last week and Boulder this week, who would consider Starkville after seeing Boulder?! Unless you were from Mississippi which he is not.

WOW! I like him way more than Sheron Jones! He's got a little Bridgewater in him; arm, decision making, and posture in the pocket. Then when the pocket collapses he has a little Manziel es-capability and running lanes/angles. A QB with these combos is a lock to win 9 games a year!!

You heard it here first. Virgil is a Manziel/Bridgewater mix.

Damn...those are some quality highlights. Very good player. Love the offense that he's running...very similar to what I think HCMM wants to install in Boulder.

Not to mention...IF he were to redshirt, having him on scout team would help the defense quite a ton.

Several MSU sites claiming he already committed to them. That hope was short lived.
