Kicker U List

2006 was just bad coaching. The Hawk/Riddler strategy of "**** it, let's kick a FG" was detrimental to the team and Crosby.

The offense that year was offensive.

Not just the results, but the fact that if a new regime is going to come in and suck that big of a donkey dick, you'd hope they were doing it in order to transition to a new system. Instead, it was an offensive style of play that had nothing to do with what they were hoping to build.

And on defense: Jordon Dizon, T-Wheat, Bad Thad, Abe Wright, Rabid Goldfish Hypolite, JJ Billingsley, Ryan Walters, and Brad Jones. Shaking my head at how much more momentum we could've had in Year One if the offense had done enough for those 5 games lost by 10 points or less to have gone in our favor.

Not that it ultimately mattered since most of that coaching staff proved they didn't belong on a Big 12 staff.

I'm still mad at Sonny Lubick for starting that whole call a time out right before they snap the ball thing. Didn't Mason hit the record long FG only to have it called back? That was the same year when Shanahan started doing it too.
