1) The sun did come up today... I think, it's pretty cloudy.
2) Little kid baseball starts up today, so get to watch my youngest son play
3) My mother is flying into town today (in prep for the CU v. UMASS, but let's not think about that)
4) I still have my alma mater, they haven't lost, haven't played... but I can always fall back on my second favorite team, can't I
5) Broncos stand a chance of a Super Bowl run again (let's not think of actually winning the SB)
6) I have become hardened to the day after... :cry:
 
On the dark side, there's a 400 year old tree preventing me from getting DirecTV and thus the Broncos!

Bright side: nothing to truly do today but smoke a couple racks of pork spare ribs that have been taunting me from the freezer for a month!

Not too sure I am willing to pay for the ticket... might have to act as if I have a team worth watching on the PAC12 network and try to get a deal w/ DirecTV.
