How can you not root for this kid?

I'm not sure he's a Pac-12 player. At his size, you pretty much have to move like Barry Sanders to make that happen. But no doubt in my mind he could be an FCS star or a solid contributor who makes some big plays at the MWC level.

Speedy (pun unintended) guy. I'm wary of the size because of CU's recent history with small backs. Though some of them have played hard and well, the team record during that span leaves me saying no. What I know about the last year of Creek football was the second year of Dave Logan being rang in by the transfer of a star Las Vegas running back in Nathan Starks, who showed up after effectively getting kicked out of his state's interscholastic sports league. Milo didn't flinch once. Went about his job and competed and was showcased as a big part of his team's offense as Starks sat. He'll get some touchdowns this year and I expect CC to have a good season once again on the strength of their running game.

Is he much of a return guy? Small guys like roman hollowel have made their mark for the Buffs in the past.

He still got most of the carries even when Starks came back.

Call me crazy, but I really think Milo could play for us. There just seems to be something special about him. He is Creeks offense. Creeks offensive game plan is no secret. It's hand-off to Milo until he gets tired, give him a break for a few plays, and then give it to him some more, and every team in the state knows that. He's always facing defenses that are staking the line of scrimmage, he's running behind an average offensive line, and he's still the best running back in the state this year. Sure he's small, but his balance is amazing, and he has an incredible ability make people miss. Just my opinion, but if Rodney Stewart could be as successful as he was here, then Milo could have very similar success. All I'm saying is we could use another running back in this class, and if it was Milo, then I wouldn't be disappointed at ALL!

You're crazy. Just doesn't have the speed to see the field in a P5 game. Fun to watch last night, though.

I have been to Creeks past two games and I watched South in Lindsay's junior year. Milo imo is just as good. Last night's game was awesome. Milo is faster than you guys think and that guy runs HARD. Creek's oline is not all that great and he stil ran for 180 plus without huge gaps. Eric Lee is going to be a heck of a player as well.

watched against Valor - and this kid runs hard and is tough with some deceptive speed.

Got some love on Sunday Night Football, hope he gets some more offers

How come? I must have missed that. He related to somebody on the squad or staff? Just a question, not knocking him.

NBC shot a bunch of film at various spots and events in the Denver area. Showed the Chululi exhibit at the Botanic Gardens, Union Station, some museums, etc. One of those was shot at a Cherry Creek HS football game Friday night. They do this in most cities that hose a Sunday night game.

Since the game was so lopsided it seems like they used a lot more of the footage than normal to fill time insteat of focusing on the beatdown on the field.

They did the CCHS game because they could link it to Logan who they showed calling the game for KOA who is an ex-player and I think fairly respected by the national broadcast media.

They never mentioned, I don't think, that Logan is Cherry Creek's coach. They showed a lot of it in the background while they were doing promos. Oh, and it wasn't just Cherry Creek. It was Cherry Creek vs Valor and McCaffery's kid, as they did mention, is Valor's QB.

Could be wrong because I was partially distracted with the kids but I seem to remember them making a reference to Logan being the CC coach. They did also as you mention talk about McCaffery's kid.

Seemed like they were looking for anything they could find to talk about to avoid talking about the drubbing going on in the game.

That run at about 20 seconds...

I don't have a background in anatomy and physiology, so if someone does, could you please project his bone structure for me? Are we talking average structure? Great? Freakish? Subpar?

Haha.

Recruit thread, so everyone enjoy the chuckle at one of our member's expense, but let's keep this thread on topic.

Milo is a nice running back, but with his bone structure proportionally already filled out, it shows he's done growing. I'm sure I can get some fancy graphs to back me up.

Silly rabbit.

Be careful... he is the most ill tempered rodent you've ever seen. Look at the bones!!!

I warned you!

So - is he good enough to play for the Buffs now? are we even looking at him? Our coaches should go talk to Logan and see what he thinks. I would trust Logan on player future development. Logan can flat out coach I really hope they knock Valor off their perch.
