CU football: Buffs work to make strides in running game

Lot of Lindsay talk that goes beyond the bump from being a local.

Love to hear the focus on OL getting to the 2nd level and RBs making people miss. And, of course, on finishing runs in the end zone. 13 rushing TDs is horrible for a college football team's season. I never want to see that again.

This offense generated good numbers in the air and ground, but couldn't covert them into points. Reduction of INTs and more running TDs will add 7 pts a game and a few more wins.

Would love to see the offense start putting us in positions where Lindsay's speed and quicks can get us down in the redzone regularly and then we can run a hurry up with powell to hammer it home. Excited about what the FR RB's are going to bring to the table as well.

I think we'll see a lot more touches for Frazier this year, too.

That should make CU fans very happy. Buff Nation loves it some good fullback play.

I wouldn't read too much into the RBs right now. Everything could change a lot come August.

Lindsay is a nice guy to cheer for though, and he can help the team. Especially if he learns to not try and run over the one guy who could tackle him 20 yards down the field.

I'm very excited to see what they are going to do with Frazier. I have a feeling we see him all over the field on offense. Really think he could excel in that stretch TE role.
