Henderson and Munyer are the Buffs most likely to get drafted. That 40 time from Tyler (and I love the dude), defies credibility.

Great for Tyler, hope it gets him a shot as an undrafted FA. Doesn't look like he runs that fast on the field, maybe he's one of those guys who's faster in shorts and a T-Shirt. I always liked him, thought he got an unfair negative response.

It wasn't his fault that he was brought in late with no other offers, lots of fans automatically assumed he couldn't be any good under those circumstances and lamented some guys we didn't get.

Then people got on him because Embree/EB insisted on trying to use him on deep speed routes which our opponents saw coming like we had a flashing neon sign and we couldn't have executed well even if they weren't covered.

He was never great but he worked hard and was a solid Buff.

What kind of 40 time did Hendo have. I think in the right situation he could have a solid career as a pro, a good 40 time could get him some more opportunity to do so.

Proud of the boys; open those doors and chase your dream, represent your family and your BUFFs to the fullest.

CU Buffs.com said Tyler ran a 4.6

Also from cubuffs.com: "McCulloch turned in the day’s fastest 40 at 4.65 seconds."

I'm not sure how this equates or how they determine avg 40 time if Tyler's avg was 4.51, but they said he turned out the fastest 40 at 4.65. Anyone know? Either way, 4.6 sounds about right for what we see on the field. Running a 4.48 at 6'5" 215 would have pro scouts drooling, regardless of production, so I'm guessing Ringo was wrong. Either way, hopefully they all get camp/OTA invites. I'm thinking Hendo and Darragh for sure, with Ty, TJ, and maybe Oliver getting invites.

Damn Juda, a 5.4, Jeebus. Creer, I can understand a little more, he messed up his knee pretty bad.

tough to see that 35+ scouts were at CSU's pro day yesterday AM and 15 at CU's in the PM

Tough but can you blame them? There's really not one guy from CU that interests scouts, other than Darragh, maybe. Also, I'm guessing most of the 15 scouts (9 NFL teams) were there to watch CSU-Pueblo QB Chris Bonner.

When Tyler McCulloch is by far and away the best athlete you have in a class, that is not a good thing.

TSchekler - cant blame them..frustrating and pisses a buff fan off...but you are correct..last season CSU had rookie OL with giants, TE with ravens..LBer and RB, I believe with broncs practice squad...sad fact is Mcelwain and staff gave CSU stability and continuity of teaching their recruits. frustrating thing is that in '12 the buffs had d bak [packers], handler [cowboys rookie camp], asiata [who was a stud in the making], lewis [who will get a shot at nfl in '16], big jack harris and nembo...cu recruited kids...just couldn't develop them. Tyler got caught in the coaching change as embo and crew had him set to get his weight up to 225lbs and play a mini gronk role...ty is a very solid athlete who had persistent foot injuries in '13 which set him back

Those were almost all Fairchild recruits.

We'll just have to tip our hats to McElwain and CSU with the talent they continue to put into the league. Just take comfort in the knowledge that CU has 11 NFLers compared to CSU's 4.

Next year, CU should have at least 2 draft picks (Crawley and Spruce) and possibly 1 or 2 more (Nembot and Tupou).

Yeah. It will be very interesting to see how CSU looks without Fairchild recruits leading the team. Besides some 5th year seniors, everyone on the team signed with Sparkles (or Bobo).

CSU lost almost their entire OL from 2013 and I thought that was going to bode extremely well for us in 2014... They proceeded to run all over us. This year, losing Dee Hart, Grayson, Sambrailo, Aaron Davis and their K Jared Roberts seemingly hurts them more. Big transition at arguably their most stable and successful positions.
