I don't know if I spelled his name right but would you guys want him? He's in good academic standing, I have no idea what the hell he did? He's from Houston I think so it would be closer to home. He was a McDonald's All American, he's got some game.

I'm sure he'll get a second chance. Hopefully he takes advantage of it.

The last thing this team needs right now is clubhouse cancer. They already have clubhouse measles and look what that's doing.

He'll end up at Oregon or CSU. Altman and Eustachy are exactly the type of coaches that give kids like this second (third, fourth, fifth) chances.

If he can play ball, I want him. Wins and losses are the only things that matter.

Paul Richardson worked out well for CU. Some kids do stupid stuff. Sometimes they need a kick in the ass to remind them the world doesn't revolve around them.

I believe people can change.

Probably wouldn't be a cancer if he starts.

I agree. Issues seemed directly linked to his role and minutes reducing. If he wants a chance to play in the Association, he needs an opportunity to showcase in college.

Didn't know that, figured it was something. He's not a forward though, where did that come from? He's a 2, long ass arms though. He defends well and can shoot, maybe more trouble than it's worth though.

Take it for what it's worth. He's from Houston.

Many Duke fans think that if he didn't get kicked off the team, Duke would not have won the championship. I tend to agree with them, because Sulaimon just wasn't the best team player. The team may have gelled together after his dismissal, and while he's very talented, his play on the court at times needed some energy. There were rumors that he didn't get along with Matt Jones and blahblahblahthingsaboutDukeyouallhatetoread.

He is very talented though - if Boyle is still in touch with him, and lands him...Sheed is our best offensive piece. However, I know a lot of you love Booker, but I think the team is instantly better next year without a centerpiece on offense. Booker, as much as he needs to be commended for his contributions to CU, was a black hole on offense, on a team that wasn't coached to do otherwise (don't get me wrong though - I love Boyle and think he has immense potential as a coach). I hope Boyle and the squad have learned from that, and a player of Sheed's talents, if in the off chance he comes to Boulder, wouldn't revert the team's offense to lazy one-vs-five.

Maryland is the top school right now i;ve heard for his services...

Sheed says that Colorado has contacted him, per ESPN

He'll be able to play immediately due to the NCAA's graduate transfer rule, and Sulaimon said that he has been contacted by more than a dozen schools -- including Arizona State, Baylor, Colorado, George Washington, Houston, LSU, Maryland, Memphis, Oklahoma State, Seton Hall, SMU, Texas, Texas Southern and Texas A&M.

I wouldnt be shocked if he ended up back in texas somewhere. and Im not sure where we stand with schollys at this point.

Yes, but listening to Andy Katz for your college bball info is sort of like following Marc Stein for your NBA info. I like Katz actually (as opposed to Stein, who I can't stand), but his info is not always right.

Supposedly it's Maryland and ASU. I'm thinking ASU just because of the Hurley-Duke connection. I wouldn't touch this kid if I were a top tier program, but for an ASU, CU or someone in that range...I'd take him. Sort of wish that CU had a better chance.
