Jase Franke over 290 lbs

Clay Norgard up to 265 lbs

We may actually have the depth to absorb the loss of Tupou. Solis with Lopez and Franke behind him along with Norgard bringing heat on passing downs.

Jase Franke is going to be a solid contributor in his career IMO.

:yeahthat: It was great they were able to RS him. In the recent past he would have been desperately thrown into the fray.

And re: Norgard, watching him go up against those 300+lb. OL monsters, was pretty funny last year. You could almost feel a sense of confusion on opposing OLs when he came in. Kind of like facing Tyrion the Imp.

If I remember right, Franke was mentioned consistently as a play maker on defense during fall ball last year. Looked forward to seeing him play this year.

Yeah him and J-Mac from the redshirt squad. Franke doesn't deserve a scholly.
