The weather looks like it should be pretty good. I will make jambalaya. We will probably show up around 2:00 PM for the 7:00 PM kickoff.

This is our last tailgate of the year. Let's finish off the booze and get nice and lit up for the game.

Many likes for Sacky! Dude made breakfast burritos! He dedicated time and money to create a great environment. Highlight of the game.
 
Just got the email from the AD, they're not opening up the lots until 3:00 PM, so that's when we will get there.
 
So far, this looks like a pretty weak tailgate. I'll still make jambalaya, but I won't bring the big pot if it looks like anything less than 15 people will be there.

I'm flying in from Baltimore Friday afternoon, and will be struggling to get there by the time that Ralphie runs, so I think I'm out this week.

As an aside, an Allbuffer remarked to me at the last tailgate:

"You're a lot younger and a lot less angry than I expected."

I would have never thought that I conveyed anger. Good to know. Stupid ****er.

I admit there were a few folks who came up and asked me "Which one is Orr". I guess it's my fault.

I'll still make jambalaya, I just won't bring the giant pot. Not enough folks to make that worthwhile. We still have plenty of beer left over, so I'm hoping we can go through all or most of that.

As for booze: We could probably use some good bourbon and gin. If somebody wants to bring some tequila, fine. Otherwise, we're in pretty decent shape with the rum and vodka on hand.

So here are the assignments:

Huge groove: Booze, sliced french bread & butter
Snow: Chips & Dip
Rugged: Chips & Dip
Super: Bring those jalapeños again. Those are good. I'll see if I can warm them up on the stove.
ITB: Sliced french bread & butter
B3: desserts

For anybody who is coming and didn't RSVP, please choose two from the following:

Desserts, chips & dip, booze, sliced french bread and butter. If some knucklehead wants to bring tortillas for jambalaya burritos, fine. I'm not going down that road.
 
Depends what time we leave if I can come to that or not. We'll have to leave pretty early. Is there a store anywhere near the stadium?
 
Might roll by with a buddy. We'll both be coming from work on campus, so not easy to bring stuff. We'll have cash to contribute though if we stop by.
