win the next 2-3 and all will be right with teh world.
I think we have a great opportunity to be ranked when it matters most...at the end of the season.

Starting with #12 Ole Miss (3-2 record), here is who everyone ranked above CU is playing. I think any of these teams could drop out with a loss or at least get jumped by CU with a loss + a solid win by the Buffs.

12. Ole Miss - at #22 Arkansas
13. Houston - vs (4-1) Tulsa
14. Florida State - vs (5-1) Wake Forest
15. Boise State - vs (3-3) CSU
16. Miami - vs (4-2) North Carolina
17. VA Tech - at (2-4) Syracuse
18. Florida - vs (2-3) Mizzou
19. Oklahoma - vs (3-2) Kansas State
20. West Virginia - at (3-2) Texas Tech
21. Utah - at (2-3) Oregon State
22. Arkansas - vs #12 Ole Miss
23. Auburn - BYE
24. Western Michigan - at (4-2) Akron
25. Navy - at (2-4) East Carolina
26. Georgia - vs (2-4) Vanderbilt
27. Arizona State - at (4-2) Colorado
28. North Carolina - at #16 Miami
29. LSU - vs (4-2) Southern Miss
30. Oklahoma State - BYE
31. North Dakota State - irrelevant
32. Stanford - at (2-4) Notre Dame
33. COLORADO

I actually think its good we fell out of the polls. I definitely wish we were ranked, 100%. But, I do think because we haven't been there in so long, we didn't know how to handle it and fell to USC. Or USC was truly the better team and we got beat straight up. Anyways, I am sure how boys are insanely focused heading into ASU.

Navy game at ECU rescheduled to 11/19. ECU's campus is closed this week and they're gonna have major flooding from the post-hurricane surge.

Dropping 12 spots is a bit much for a 4 point road loss to USC.

But when we've been a non-entity for a decade and 3 people east of the Rockies are seeing our games, it's not unexpected.

A win will bring us very close as we'll jump ASU, NDSU and Okie Lite right off the bat. That leaves 5 more.

I'm a bit surprised USC isn't climbing back into the poll. They're a good team and playing much better now. Perhaps to those that didn't watch the game a four point victory at home against an upstart Colorado team doesn't cleanse the Alabama loss.

Nebraska beat Oregon in Lincoln because Oregon refused to kick extra points. What team in the PAC12 could NU beat? I'll give them Oregon because I'm charitable. Arizona, Oregon State? Maybe one of those two if they were both on the schedule. So Nebraska would be something like 7 and 2 in the PAC.
