2020 Recruit Profile Index & Recruiting News

Buffs offer DT (247) and/ or SDE (Rivals) (his Twitter profile lists both) from Westfield HS in Houston.
(Houston probably his highest profile offer to date (before CU's of course), with Rutgers the other P5 offer. Rutgers was his 1st of 7 offers in early March, so appears he's just recently gotten on the college recruiters' "radar".
Note- Assuming my below 247 link isn't wrong in some way, they appear to be pretty far off (maybe he had a big growth spurt?) on their measurements for him. His Twitter profile says he's 6'4, 279 lbs., which is also within a few lbs. of what HUDL and Maxpreps lists. 247, on the other hand, has him at 6'0.5", 243 lbs. Rivals has 6'4", 250 lbs..)

Buffs appear to have offered a Greenback (Knoxville area) Tennessee SDE.
(Edit- HUDL also lists him as a T. He's "only" listed at 230 lbs. by both HUDL and 247 right now, but at 6'6", assume he will be gaining some good muscle weight for any position he ends up playing.)

WR from Jacksonville, TX, decommitted from North Texas once the P5 offers started coming in. Solid track guy who won his district in the triple jump. Looks like his school also won in the 4x100 & 4x200 relays he's part of, too.

Question: Where is CU with the 2020 class, having only one verbal commit at this time of year? Don't teams usually have more verbals by now?

It is a slow start, but we should see more verbals over the next few months. The coaches are going to be spending a lot of time on recruiting through the end of June, especially once spring practices wrap up next week.
