Official ****braska Hate Thread

is there any football program in the p12 that would NOT have immediately suspended the player? seriously.

fuskers are such a ****ing cliche... horrible academics; situational ethics at best; and an absolute willingness to explain away anything in the name of winning. warden tom set the bar so low on the ethics side and so high on the winning side and fuskers can't handle their reality now.

what about in the sport in general? Is there an SEC program that would allow him to play? Doubt it.

So we are clear, he did not film it as everyone is saying on here. Nor was it a rape.
So we are clear, this is what you're defending. And before you try to pretend you understand the situation better than the victim, police and NBC, I'd like to remind you to go **** yourself.
"They’re driving this way, and I’m like, ‘Jack in the Box is back that way,’" Taylor said. "And I said that probably 30 times to them, and eventually they pulled over at this park, with houses on the left-hand side, and they’re like, ‘We’re going to have a threesome.’"

Taylor said she froze, terrified.

"That’s when they started to rape me, and while I was being raped, they took a video that I had no idea about."

In early 2018, Taylor said she noticed Washington was on his way to a Division 1 football scholarship, and reached out on social media to congratulate him.

Taylor said she’s not exactly sure why, but days later, on the morning of March 2, she received a text message from Washington’s phone containing the 2016 video, along with a message, saying, "Remember this hoe [sic]."

We don't troll at Fuskermax because we have jobs. Hey can we talk about all their stupid signs in their stadium now-you know like the "Upstate New Yorkers for Nebraska" and "Fuskers of San Antonio" in the background here? Gotta be the most insecure thing I've seen in a stadium.

It's because nobody wants to live there. It's not for everyone...

This society is so ****ed. There’s something wrong with you as a human being if you can sit there and even try to explain away the situation.

A young girl had her life destroyed by a traumatic experience that nobody should have to go through. But to add insult to injury a disgruntled teen decided he would make her relive it years later by sending her a video of the RAPE because he was angry. This is what some are defending? What are you defending? His right to have a video of a rape? His right to be angry and look for revenge no matter how cruel? Because he didn’t rape her that makes it okay?

I imagine if this was your daughter you wouldn’t at all be offended by the situation, You would tell the judge, “Sir, he’s just a kid, no biggie, let him continue to live his life like nothing happened.”

You ****s are prioritizing sports over being a moral, law abiding citizen. He deserves to have a life, he also deserves to be punished for his actions. He isn’t above the law simply because he can run fast with a football. There’s some scary **** going on in your head if you can’t separate the two. The girl should be the only thing you’re thinking of, **** him, he made his grave. He needs to suffer the consequences of his actions and then LEARN FROM THEM.

Well, if he wasn't good at football, they would have suspended him already. Does that make it better or worse?

Reading comprehension, mother ****er- do you have it?

Read my post and point out where I said that he filmed it. To be clear- he's not involved in the video, WHICH DEPICTS A RAPE, nor was he involved in the filming. What he did was still illegal, callous, despicable.

If you want to parse words between rape and sexual assault because it makes you feel better, then go ahead. Just know that most authoritative subject matter experts state that rape is "penetration orally, vaginally, or anally without the recipient's consent," and sexual assault is "unwanted sexual advances that stop short of rape including unwanted touching or fondling." I think it's been clearly stated that the girl did not consent, and the video in question involves her performing oral sex.

So- you tell me: Why isn't it a rape, again?

It’s a video is showing a Rape taking place. The girl was, at the time, a minor (not able to consent, if she did, legally...which equates to statutory rape). Washington didn’t partake or film this...he is okay at this juncture

Washington though kept a video that was distributed to him for x amount of time on his phone (Child Pornography). Then used it as intimidating leverage (unwanted sexual advances ie sexual assault) and (allegedly) threatened to distribute this film (Child Pornography) on the internet. Now enlighten me, what instance isn’t criminal on Washington’s part

No I totally agree it's ****ed up and a ****ty thing to do. He was what, 15 at the time? 15 year olds are **** heads. That's no excuse for anything but to take a young mans whole future away for something he's most likely going to plead out to misdemeanor as something he did 3+ years ago when he was a minor is a bit drastic imho. The case has already exceeded a year and a half and is most likely going to go 2+. As to Frost and the Administration's choices about him playing I can't really speculate on that and I'm sure there is a lot more to it.
As has been pointed out, he was 18, not 15.

No one is talking about taking someone's "whole future"- but how hard would it be for Nebraska to say "We're going to allow Maurice to focus on his legal issues, and he will no longer be participating in team activities until they are resolved"?

I think it's plenty clear why they aren't doing that.

In all seriousness if any of the OG's from Allbuffs have a tailgate or are tailgating let me know and we might swing by and shoot the ****. All you newbies can suck a butt.
red is not allowed at the allbuffs tailgate ...

Didn't she go meet with the nub team when Riley was there?
Pretty sure.

I still cannot believe the university itself is ok with how this reflects on them. The charges are going to be on the scroller ALL DAY LONG on Saturday. Every time he touches the ball, his legal issues are going to be brought up. He is going to be a focus during the pregame coverage and the postgame coverage.

Eh, I was considering inviting you to ours 'till you defended Washington like what he did wasn't completely ****ed up and said he was being a dumb 15 year old when really he sent her the video at 18. But since you did, you can **** off.

In Adam's recent "Know Your Foe" article, the 247 guy said this "I was a kid in Nebraska in the '80s and '90s, so I'd tell you anyone who doesn't acknowledge it was a rivalry then isn't being true to what the definition of the word means."

But I'm so confused. Surveyor swears on his sister wife that we aren't rivals.

directly out of the nebraska laws book - he might play this year. Would not count on next nubs.

“Registered sex offender here, kids right here well within 500 feet.” The city ordinance says no sex offender who has a high risk of recidivism can live within 500 feet of a school, but that isn't defined on the state registry so the measurement means nothing for enforcement in Omaha.

Hmmmm tweeting talking heads to ensure they talk about this might help as well
