CU has got to be petitioning the conference. 8pm at the end of November would be so bad at Folsom.

Ya. It is either 1:30 or 8pm. No way is CU vs UW going to get the primetime slot on ABC.
On the plus side, National TV. On the down side, it is going to likely be in the low 20's at kickoff.
we have them right where we want them! likely 8p kickoff is awesome!!!!!! awesome, i tell you. cold, dark, and scary for the fuskies. that's how you do it. our Buffs are going to come in healthier than in a long time this season. TRAP GAME for the fuskies.

I thought Scott's mouthpiece said CU and Utah told the conference they'd prefer NOT to play late home games in November?

No. They'll put Utah or USC/UCLA there. We'll be late because we're the one game that isn't a TV draw or doesn't have CFP implications.

Some solid games that Saturday, even if none are spectacular. 8pm is highly likely, unfortunately.
It actually depends on who the competition is for the 1:30 2/U game. If there is another big game they can show I would think CU would have a great chance of getting put on ESPN U so that Utah is shown on the main ESPN Channel at night. If that other game sucks then I am sure they want Utah on at 1:30 on ESPN 2.

I DEMAND Mel in shorts that night if its cold. That would be an epic BAMF move. The UW D is going to be in for a heavy dose of Alex and Jaren that night if that forecast holds.

Washington doesn't really have anything to play for in particular, and might look ahead to the Apple Cup the following week. If it does end up being an 8 pm kick, I would not be surprised at all of Washington comes out completely unmotivated in a freezing game at altitude
