2020 Class Superlatives

Most underrated: Wray

Biggest impact in 2020: Thomas (answer changes to Alfano if we're including transfers)

True freshman most likely to start in 2020: Gonzalez

Most upside: Lichtenhan (answer changes to Harris if we are able to sign him)

Most underrated: Wray or Lewis

Biggest impact in 2020: Alfano if he counts

True freshman most likely to start in 2020: Gonzalez. If Alfano is considered a freshman, I'd put him here. I think Mel's going to make Lewis show he's obviously better than Stenstrom/Lytle.

Most upside: Alfano. This dude has the potential to wreck games from his HS tape.

Most underrated: Mister Williams
Biggest impact in 20: Thomas (yes, punters and kickers are people too, but... ...I'm ignoring our new punter for this thread)
True freshman likely to start: Gonzales
Most upside: MLC (I love this by the way, because I was idiotically using L-Craig, which didn't read as cool)

Ha! Totally spaced on Watts, but yeah.

Says something that all the answers in this thread seem reasonable.

Most underrated: Jordan Berry

Biggest impact in 2020: Brendon Lewis

True freshman most likely to start in 2020: Christian Gonzalez/Brendon Lewis

Most upside: Montana Lemonious-Craig

surprised with lots of people saying Pittman for highest upside, I'll have to check out his film again

Most underrated: Stacks (I have over argued this point :giggle:)

Biggest impact in 2020: Alfano (pretty clear imo)

True freshman most likely to start in 2020: Lewis (I think he starts game 1)

Most upside: Clayton could be an all time great when it's all said and done (Answer will be Harris if he commits)

I’m surprised by the universal support for Lewis. I don’t think he’ll win the job. If he does, we may lose another QB. We would the. down to two scholly QBs. We shall see.

MU. Pittman
Biggest Impact. Gonzalez
Starter Thomas
Biggest upside. Lichtenhan
It's almost a guarantee that someone leaves. If Lewis wins, Lytle leaves. If Stenstrom wins, Lytle leaves. If Lytle wins, Stenstrom probably leaves. And it seems odd that you're surprised that so many people think Lewis would beat out 2 guys that this staff and the last did not feel comfortable running the offense even in garbage time.

If we want a true "Dual" threat QB, I think Lytle is out.
Im not sure he can move like the other 2.
We have not seen enough of him to tell.
We already saw that Stenstrom can run.

I think the point was that Stenstrom has yet to show he can perform at a winning level from the pocket. Great feet for RPO & zone read - it’s the pure passer stuff that’s a bigger question mark.
I was poorly trying to point out the absolute irony of having the second longest run from scrimmage coming from a backup QB that barely played. Your point is undisputed.
