There is no question that PSU is one of the most respected colleges in the country and if this is their stance regarding student code violations I think CU needs to reexamine their own policies and get in step with a policy more like Penn State's.
Just because the DA's office has a "no mercy toward players" policy doesn't necessarily mean the U has to march to that drum on an internal level.
