CU has rejoined the Big 12 and broken college football - talking out asses continues

Probably, but I think it is more about the money.
i am not sure how i really feel about all this.
oh wait. i know exactly how i feel about all this as i have posted eleventy billion times.
kidding aside, i assume this means the money is better. also, if you are going to eventually end up with geographically rational conferences, we have head a bit to the east for now.
if the pac tv deal comes in higher than our new deal, i am going to be super sad.
but, look at the hype around tcu and CU this year and we have sucked forever. so, here's hoping it all works out.

I'm thrilled for you, and I'm thrilled that ITB now won't go on a killing spree because of his anger issues, but man... we really need football to take off now because if they don't this is going to get ugly.
So um, who is actually in the Big 12 now? Confusing…
I don't like the move, I think each and every team in that conference is largely uncompelling when OU and Texas leave, but it's necessary and the only chance we have. The Pac 12 was out of options. Being in the Big 12 means you are in a boat and have a chance to survive. It's not perfect but it gives you time to prop yourself up and see if there might be nicer options available some time down the line when CU isn't having like its worst period ever.

There's no big-time brands, but to be fair, there has been a lot of good football played (and enormous upgrades in facilities) among the "lesser" schools since we left.

I don't know how many times I have to keep repeating this-If the Big 10 wanted UW/UO, they'd be in that league already.
It looks as though there were no serious customers for the product.
Phil dropped final bread crumb last week. It was actually well done by CU.
If it ends up being the Big 16 through CU, UA, UO and UW then I'd be much more enthusiastic.
