Colorado v Stanford- October 13, 2023 - 8pm MT, ESPN

Juju is easily the best LB and just isn’t playing for two weeks in a row. Bishop Thomas out there running WR routes in pregame and doesn’t suit up. Still no Demouy Kennedy despite what Hart said. No McCaskill in the second half. No Omarion Miller pretty much throughout. One target total for our TE. Trevor Woods experiment at ILB, no Marvin Ham.

Just mind boggling personnel decisions in every game and week to week as you said.
It's been bizarre and frustrating with no information or explanation (not that we are owed one).

Let's not be a bunch of Coreys.

Did Prime check out most of that second half? Did not call a timeout, did not communicate. Essentially watched the biggest loss in school history and will likely look at the Coordinators as the problem
I've said before, and I'll say it again. Prime is not your traditional coach. He expects his players to figure **** out and make the plays.

It was easy to see that he was seething on the sidelines that whole second half.

Yeah, but what's up with our season-long vulnerability to the slant over the middle? CSU ran that all night on us too. You have to have something in your scheme to adjust to that after the fifth or sixth time they kill you with that in a game (you can't just say "well, we'll just put Hunter on the slant man"). I realize that any scheme move then open up another potential vulnerable spot...but you can't let the same play kill you more than a few times a game without adjusting to it.
A part of this is on Hunter and Stoutmire but really, the LBs have to be in the right spots. No JuJu hurt us. The LBs were terrible tonight. The pass rush was good in the 1st but once Stanford made adjustments, they couldn't get to the QB and that just gave the QB too much time. The CBs were tired af.

I don't know what you can do if you can't get to the QB with a blitz or true pass sets and when you do, you **** it up. At the end of the day, personnel is the biggest issue with the defense. I don't know how many weeks we need to see it to believe it. I still believe Hunter was just rusty. His reactions wasn't close to what we expect and thats normal for what he's been through but why have him out there and not 3 is where I do blame Kelly. 3 made mistakes but every DB did

I honestly don't believe you can play man like this with no pass rush and when they did blitz, a number of times, they didn't get home. That's disgusting. That's not coaching, that's personnel

things will get better. i thought the biggest thing that stood out tonight was the lack of cohesiveness or communication or whatever among the staff. saban wins that game 99.5% of the time. we saw legit growing pains tonight. learn from it and move on.

we will beat someone we aren't supposed to beat and still can bowl.

Lack of sophisticated analytical football coaching.

St. John Bosco could have beaten that CU performance in the 2nd half. Logging off, before I spew more 💩

So frustrating...

Yep. But the issue is. Take the win and go home. We had plenty of chances to stick to what was working but we didn't

Not going to think anything about football for at least the next two to three weeks and I'm basically starting videogame season right now. Sling TV has been cancelled for the time being.

And now during every game and halftimes tomorrow we'll have to sit through the highlights. **** I hate losing to start the weekend off like sh.ite.
Great point!!!
Gameday can talk all morning about it
Business omen
A couple bad reviews can undo what a 1,000 good reviews built
This was BAD

I guess something is going on with juju
Code:
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Coach Prime on what’s going on with Juju Mitchell: “ask him what happened.”</p>&mdash; Jake Schwanitz (@JakeDNVR) <a href="https://twitter.com/JakeDNVR/status/1713080571302445457?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">October 14, 2023</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
So Juju ****ed up again like at ASU

You can't let Shedeur off the hook either. He can't run backwards 10 yards every time he feels pressure. Just get rid of the ball, or get outside the pocket and make something happen.
Also, stop with the fake handoffs. Loses us time to throw.
